Ango Mustapha (he/him/his) is a passionate leader and innovator who’s dedicated to empowering communities and driving positive change. With a background in product management, entrepreneurship, business and organisational psychology, Ango has a knack for turning ideas into impactful initiatives.

As the Director of Programs at Wunti Al-Khair Foundation, Ango oversees initiatives that focus on health, education, technology, and economic development. He’s committed to helping people reach their full potential and create sustainable livelihoods.

Before taking on this role, Ango led the Foundation’s Enterprise and Employability Unit. He designed and implemented programs that equipped individuals with the skills and resources to succeed in the workforce or start their own businesses.

Ango’s love for building people and developing exceptional products is evident in his work. He co-founded and manages programs  at Uplift Hub, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering Africans through education and mentorship. Uplift Hub provides access to quality educational resources, fosters a community of learners, and connects individuals with like-minded change makers. He combines his technical expertise with a deep understanding of human behavior to create solutions that truly resonate with people.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Ango is a certified Microsoft Innovative Educator, a certified Business and Entrepreneurship Coach, and an alumnus of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI – RLC). He’s also been recognised for his contributions to Africa, receiving the Opportunities Hub 100 Most Influential Young Persons Award in 2021.

When he’s not working, Ango enjoys exploring his creative side through art, cloth making, and podcasting. He’s also a passionate public speaker and mentor, sharing his knowledge and inspiring others.
